Demolition (including asbestos removal) Framework

This contract is to provide Demolition (including asbestos removal) Framework of 6 contractors for Durham County Council.The types of properties which the Council foresee as becoming surplus premises requiring demolition include,leisure centres, housing stock, office accommodation, educational establishments, community and factory unitsas a minimum. The contract / framework will be available for use by Durham County Council and additional Contracting Authorities and not for profit Community Leisure Organisations where they have entered into a Procurement Service Level Agreement (SLA) with Durham County Council. An up-to date list of these SLA partners is available on our website at: http://www.durham.gov.uk/dobusinesswithus A rebate retrospective of 1% will be collected and will be based on all business transacted under this Framework. Bidders must have the appropriate waste licences and environmental permits for this Framework.
