Refurbishment of the London Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan

Procurement of the Main Contractor for the refurbishment of the London Embassy at 31 Princes Gate, Exhibition Road, London SW7 1QQ. The Works required are to refurbish and remodel the property to provide a modern consulate for the Embassy, restored residential rooms, modern offices for staff, and residences for the Ambassador and guests. The Works include but are not limited to the comprehensive strip-out of the existing services and finishes, demolition works, and all structural, architectural, mechanical and electrical, internal finishes and external works as per the drawings and specifications made available.
