Backup and Disaster Recovery (DR) Solution

Chorley & South Ribble Borough Council have awarded this contract via the NHS SBS Framework - Digital Workplace Solutions 2 (SBS10510). This service provides an end-to-end managed service for the entire backup solution including: • High Priority Incident Management • Transition period between service inception and go live • Provide day to day (BAU) monitoring of customers backup solution • Provide a co-operate BAU change control for the client's backup solution • Provide timely and accurate updates and resolutions to issues arising with the customer's backups • Complete daily backup administration tasks • Verify restore procedures are working and data is viable for emergency recovery • Provide capacity management and advice to the customer to ensure all important data is backed up. • Maintain and provide documentation control of relevant backup solution documentation
