London Councils, in partnership with the London Chamber of Commerce and Industry wants to commission a survey the results of which will enable it to represent London's business - both in terms of their ongoing concerns such as business rates and skills shortages, or the impact of Brexit. This survey, which would be expected to be repeated annually over three years, would provide a regular snapshot of the concerns of business in London which London Councils can represent to Government on behalf of the boroughs and their businesses.
