Chemistry Building - Floor 1 - Main Works

Works comprise of: • Remodelling (between staircases) first of the Upper Brook Street wing of the Chemistry Building to provide new laboratory accommodation. • Provision of fume cupboards to the first floor (Upper Brook Street Wing). • Formation of new plant areas including works to façade to incorporate louvres (Upper Brook Street Wing). • Fire protection and fire stopping provision (to Upper Brook Street Wing). • Works to vertical risers to compartmentalise floors (to Upper Brook Street Wing). • Strip out of the first floor including asbestos and mercury
