Employers Agent (SEL-12-2425))

The Framework Agreement and Contract will be for the provision of employer’s agent services. Successful bidders will be appointed onto the Framework Agreement whose aim is deliver employers agent services on the Authority’s new build developments.The employer’s agent is responsible for a lot of important functions, including the issuing of contract variations and determining whether the homes have reached the next required stage to authorise payment of a valuation.
