Lift Replacement - Arts Centre Building, The City of Liverpool College

The City of Liverpool College has 5 College centres in Liverpool. The Arts Centre building has a failed main passenger lift that requires a replacement, the details are as follows: REQUIREMENT: *Fire evacuation lift with external override function when in fire conditions *Open protocol system *To run on mains power *Generator back-up CURRENT LIFT INFORMATION: *1000kg *13 passengers *Passenger lift with fire evacuation function *Number of floors and landing openings - 4 *Release key - Euro *Rope length - 40 metres *Current lift has an autodialler fitted within the cart that is run off a sim card. A site visit can be arranged for the end of this week (Friday 13th December - time to be advised but prior to 4.30pm).
