Commercial and Property Advisor Tender in Relation to the Re-Development of Whipps Cross Hospital

This notice represents the decision to award the contract for the following consultancy services in relation to the redevelopment of Whipps Cross Hospital: Commercial and property advisors are required to build upon work undertaken at SOC stage to produce the following deliverables, working alongside other advisors and accountable to the Hospital Design and Development workstream. The Commercial Property Advisor is expected to work as part of an external team to: • provide necessary input in to the OBC • Assist in the development of a Planning Brief in collaboration with the London Borough of Waltham Forest • and the submission of an outline planning application for the whole site.
