Provision of Estate Management Services across GWRs Operational Property Portfolio in maximising GWRs Commercial Property Income opportunities with existing and new Tenants. Supporting GWRs Customer Satisfaction and Asset Management requirements and being a Good and Efficient Operator, delivering a schedule of services, including, but not limited to: Lease / Tenancy Renewals; New Lettings withing the Premises; Rent Reviews; Terminations and Dilapidations; Assignments and Transfers; Accounting for Payments and Advice on Rental Performance; Management of Company Tenancies (Company being Landlord); Audit Management; Tenants Works Management; Advertising; Business Rates; General Property and Tenancy Matters; Environment and Sustainability Utilities & Waste Recovery (Tenants Billing) Traveller Management (unauthorised access) Filming Management Network Rail Management at NRIL Managed Stations Additional Services in support of GWRs Asset Management Life-Cycle Delivery in land acquisitions / operation / maintaining and disposal requirements
