(NU/1851) Framework Agreement between Newcastle University and Twist Bioscience

Newcastle University intends to establish a framework agreement with Twist Biosciences for the supply of Twist Targeted Methylation Sequencing Workflow, Equinox Library Amp mix and Human Methylome Panel. These specific products are required to allow the University to establish a unique way of sequencing methylated sites within the genome. It will allow the use of sequence capture technology and a new enzymatic methodology to replace bisulphite modification.
