One year contract to provide a technical solution for the provision of the information to create a Survey Certification Management System (SCMS) Library to provide technical information from a variety of sources, bringing together all that applies to a given situation. It provides the means for MCA surveyors to: - have access to international documentation such as Safety of Life at Sea (SOLAS) and EU directives - relates the statutory documents with internal guidance - provides timely technical advice to surveyors out of the office - responds with timely advice on urgent matters out of hours - provides reference to technical requirements to support judgements and responses to questions whilst onboard ships
