Description
The scope of intended works will entail the supply & installation of fencing and boundary systems alike and repair to boundary masonry. Such works will include, but not limited to, temporary security, feather edged, rail and post, chain link, hit & miss, picket and boundary masonry repairs. The Fencing works will comprise of front and rear boundaries and ad hoc inter boundary fencing. The Contractor will also be required to provide a Customer Liaison service throughout the works. The agreement is to be a multi-year agreement under the JCT Measured Term 2016 Form of Contract enabling calling off Orders for works when individual requirements arise. The pricing will be based on the NHF Schedule of Rates ver.7. (Note to the Potential Contractors: if you have not got a copy of the NHF Schedule of Rates ver.7 please send us a message via ProContract portal and we will provide you with a copy for reference). Please note that the ITT is split into 3 lots (Lot 1. Northern geography; Lot 2. Southern geography; Lot 3. Combined North and South). Potential Contractors can choose either to tender for a single region (Lot 1 or Lot 2) or for both (Lot 3). Potential Contractors can select more than one lot to bid for.
