FS101193 - Decontamination of food

Tenders are invited to carry out small scoping or proof-of-principle studies, looking at the use of novel technologies for decontaminating food, or equipment used in food production/preparation. At this stage we are only looking to commission small-scale feasibility studies; however, if there are ideas that we would like to take forward, it may be possible to expand projects in the future to further develop concepts. This may be through a direct award arrangement with the supplier who has introduced the idea.
