Aston has set up a pre-qualified list of 6 'core' and 3 'reserve' experienced contractors who have demonstrated their ability to undertake refurbishment, fabric and building projects as a Principal Contractor and who can also deliver projects incorporating Contractor Design Portions in some cases. The intention is to develop a light touch method of appointing for projects at Astons campus in Birmingham with a construction value in the range of £50K to £250K.
