Replacement Modular Classroom Block and Extension to Brockhampton Primary School

Demolition of existing modular classroom block, construction of new 2 storey classroom block on piled foundations with ground beams, erection of retaining walls, landscaping, drainage and handrails. Extension to the rear of the existing school to form Pyhsio and Hygiene Rooms, erection of retaining walls, ramps, landscaping, drainage and handrails. Landscaping works to provide Biodiversity Net Gain improvements.
