Willowbrook Leisure Centre building

Willowbrook Leisure Centre is a purpose built building in the centre of the Ladygrove ward of Didcot. It contains a range of facilities including a large sports hall suitable for badminton; small hall; fitness suite; changing rooms; kitchen; foyer and seating area. Didcot Town Council need advice from a specialist leisure provider on planning and stategy for the building; tender options; analysis of tenders; procurement; options to run in-house; legal assistance with documentation and the transition to getting the building open and in use as a well loved public facility. Sealed tenders must be received by Didcot Town Council by 1.00pm on 4th August 2021. Emailed tenders must be password protected to allow for opening on 4th August 2021.
