Maintenance of communal doors

This procurement exercise was led by Knowsley Housing Trust for itself and on behalf of the other members of the First Ark Group. KHT conducted a call-off process under the Fusion 21 Compliance and Facilities Management Framework - Lot 12 Electronic Security for a contractor to provide maintenance and repair services for communal doors and door entry systems across multiple locations predominantly within the Merseyside area. Services are expected to include maintenance and repair services for approximately 180 properties.
