Building Cleaning Contract

Penzance Town Council is tendering for a Contractor for the cleaning service of 6 public conveniences in the town. Supporting documents set out the requirements, timetable and process for the Tender of the service and details of the information required to be submitted in order to be considered for the Contract. The proposed contract is for 2 years with the option of 3 annual extensions to a maximum of 5 years.
