Refrigeration Equipment Maintenance

The University carried out a closed tender for refrigeration (and related) equipment maintenance. The services provided under the contract comprise the following: • On-site planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and associated safety tests during specific times of year • Reactive repair and associated safety tests • Supply and fit of consumables and replacement parts • Call-out repair service • Creation and ongoing maintenance of an asset register according to the equipment viewed and serviced
