**Transparency of a Framework Call-Off Only** Test Engineers for Test Automation

In support of this need, the procurement of test engineers/scripters will enable the transition from manual to automated testing which is primarily required to ensure robust testing of Oracle patches to the MyHR application is completed against within a two-week window. Procurement of the external resource will be procured from a reliable and capable supplier via the Digital Marketplace against the defined requirements below: • Create and deliver automated test scripts, including where necessary, the conversion of current manual scripts, minimum of 200 if possible 250. • Perform functional testing such as but not limited to regression testing, unit testing, smoke testing, volume testing, end to end testing using Smartbear test complete. • Conduct risk assessments. • Support the transition from manual testing to automated testing. • Support the Integration of CI/CD pipeline and exploration of test management tools.
