BIS Research & Evaluation Framework - Lot 3 As part of HEFCE's role on UKRPIF it is responsible for monitoring progress and evaluating the success of the individual projects and the overall programme. An assessment of emerging project outcomes is required to support this role and also to provide evidence to make the case for further investment in the scheme. Alongside this interim evaluation HEFCE will also be developing a framework for the long-term evaluation of UKRPIF. The outcomes of this interim review will inform that work.
