Secure Data Destruction 2023

This is a Contract Award notice The PCC is seeking a supplier who is suitably qualified and experienced in providing a computer recycling service that offers, but is not limited to, data destruction to UK Government Information Assurance 5 standards with certified proof of erasure for every hard drive or data bearing asset; a managed IT disposal service that can be fully integrated with roll-out programmes and other service partners; full audit trail with itemised reporting; IT disposal services are WEEE compliant. The contract term will be for a period of three [3] years with the option to extend the contract for a further two [2] periods of one year. The values shown are an estimate linked to the cost of disposals and the income to be received across the initial contract term.
