Description

The requirement is to upgrade a fire alarm system The existing fire alarm system in the communal area is in excess of 20 years old, with some modification and upgrading carried out over the years. The current fire system equipment has reached its recommended life expectancy with spare parts for the main panel being obsolete. Subsequently there is now a requirement to replace the existing system throughout, to ensure continued reliability and continue with automatic detection capability within the common areas.
