Description

Kingston upon Hull City Council (the Authority) invites qualified and interested suppliers to tender for a Early Years Activity Project.The Authority is conducting the procurement using the open Non EU procedure, as required by the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (SI 2015/102) (PCR 2015). The successful provider will design/test, implement and evaluate an early year's physical activity social marketing campaign/intervention targeting parents and carers with children aged between 2 and 5 years old from disadvantaged communities. This small-scale pilot will be used to inform future campaigns aimed at this audience and potentially on a wider geographic footprint. The Authority proposes to enter into Contract for a period of 12 months with the successful Tenderer (Service Provider). The anticipated service commencement date is 7 January 2019 The anticipated budget available over the duration of this contract will be no higher than £49,999.
