Description
The Authority are setting up their own High Assurance Services (HAS) Service Management team to support environments and is the provision of the suitably skilled support personnel to undertake the ITIL V3 service management processes and procedures - under the direction of the Service Transition and Operations Lead (or Authority nominated substitute). The HAS Service Management team will be made up of a number of parties including vendors that were part of the design and development team. There will be commercial arrangements in place that will allow the formation of an Integrated Service Delivery Team comprising the applicable vendors. The MOD is acting as a Managed Service Provider and is onboarding to Defence Digital Operational Service Management (OSM), utilising the processes, services and tools that are already integrated, this includes the 24x7 Incident logging capability.
