Description

St Leger Homes of Doncaster Ltd (SLHD) provides the management of approximately 20,000 homes and a portfolio of other properties on behalf of Doncaster Metropolitan Borough Council. As a customer orientated organisation, the well-being and satisfaction of its tenants underlies everything that St Leger Homes delivers in accordance with its core values. The Company vision is to aim high and provide the best possible service to its customers. In order to keeps customers involved and informed, St Leger Homes distributes a quarterly newsletter publication to tenants. There is a requirement for a print management organisation to produce and distribute the newsletter. St Leger Homes may request additional publications and documents to be produced and included as inserts within the quarterly pack up to a maximum of two. This contract has been awarded as a result of a further competition via the Procurement for Housing Framework INPBG037 Print Management and Multi-functional Devices - Lot 1 Print Management. The contract is for two years with two further extension of up to 12 months each subject to satisfactory performance.
