Pay and Display Parking Machine Maintenance Contract 2024 - AWARD

Title: Pay and Display Parking Machine Maintenance Contract 2024 Reference: AK027 Maintenance and Preventative Service of Parking Ticket Machines. Sandwell MBC uses Flowbird Stelio and Strada coin only solar powered ticket machines for on-street and off-street parking places across the borough. The machines require one annual preventative maintenance service and repairs due to breakdown as and when required. One tariff change required including supplying and installing new software and tariff cards. There are 84 machines (19 Strada and 65 Stelio) at various locations across Sandwell. The contract will be for 12 months commencing September 2024 with the option to extend for 12 months. The contract is to include an engineer attending site, inspecting the machine to identify fault, making repairs to return the machine to serviceable use as soon as possible.
