Framework for the Provision of Psychological Support to Employees including Counselling

Staffordshire County Council has appointed counselling and psychology providers to work with our workforceto provide early intervention support that will assist our employees when they experience mental wellbeingconcerns. As we know that early help can make all the difference to assist employees to maximise their mentalwellbeing and support them to remain in work and/or return to work as soon as possible. The council operates a service called ThinkWell that provides a range of support to the workforce and supports managers regarding the mental wellbeing of the workforce. Part of this Service is the provision of a range of counselling and psychological wellbeing professional interventions for employees.
