Professional Services of Evaluation Consultant/Consultancy for Winter Gardens Project - AWARD

Great Yarmouth Borough Council (GYBC) is seeking proposals from suitably experienced Evaluation Consultants interested in working on the Winter Gardens Project of The National Lottery Heritage Fund (The Heritage Fund) Heritage Horizons Delivery Phase predicted to be from April 2024 to February 2029. The Heritage Horizons programme has three cross cutting themes of: o Transformation o Innovation o Collaboration The Evaluation Consultant will work with the Project Manager, wider Project Team and the to-be-appointed Operator and Partnerships and Engagement Manager, who supports community consultation and activity development.
