CSI/PH/New Respite Rooms Trial Programme St Mungos\r Public Health, Housing and Procurement - with the help of partner agencies - worked together \r to successfully bid for funds to pilot a 12-month trial offering safe accommodation with \r intensive support to victims of domestic abuse and violence.\r \r The award to St Mungo's will let the council work with partner agencies (Next Link \r and St Mungos) to open a 12-bed 'Respite Room' project and help up to 100 women with high \r support needs, including those sleeping rough, who have been in unsafe situations or with \r histories of domestic violence
