Refurbishment of Maidenhead

The Authority is seeking Tenders for a major refurbishment of Maidenhead fire station, comprising: 1. Refurbishment / conversion of Storeroom 4 into new SCAS room 2. Refurbishment of Offices 3 & 4 into new Station offices 1 & 2 3. Erection of partitioning to form new corridor and enclosed Mess Room 4. Demolition of existing stud partition walls to first floor existing Offices and Library to form open plan P&P office space 5. Erection of partitioning to reconfigure new first floor Bedrooms and Meeting rooms 6. Reconfiguration and expansion of existing ground floor control room into new Female Showers and WC 7. Redirecting of rainwater pipe from first to ground floor 8. Conversion of existing storeroom 2 into new Clean Side Laundry 9. Refurbishment of BA Room 10. Reconfiguration and expansion of ground floor Male Showers and WC 11. Refurbishment of existing Laundry Room 12. Erection of partitioning to form new ground floor Office 3 maintaining existing openings 13. Reconfiguration of existing ground floor gym and dormitory into new large open plan Gym room
