Glengormley Office Regeneration Works

The project is the creation of flexible office accommodation in Glengormley town centre which will include: provision of workspace, communal collaborative space, meeting/ conference facilities, catering facilities, showering facilities and storage space. The office block will be accessible 24/7 and be c2,000m2 over 3 storeys and include a parking area and plaza with hard and soft landscaping.
