Description

Greenham Parish Council (GPC) wishes to appoint a Project Manager who will project plan and manage the delivery of the final phase of refurbishment of the iconic control tower of the former Greenham Common airfield. The Project will be delivered in two phases: Phase 1 of the project will require establishing a detailed order of cost schedules of works to enable construction under phase 2 and to secure follow-on project funding through a Public Works Loan. Phase 2 will see the scheduled work undertaken under the management of the successful tender in accordance with costings submitted as part of phase 1. Phase 2 is part dependent on follow-on funding from Public Works Loan being secured, in addition to funding already committed to the project. Project management of both phases will be awarded to the same organisation. Remaining construction works on the project are valued at c.£130,000 subject to detailed costed schedule of works completed as part of phase 1 by the selected Project Manager.
