Marjory Kinnon SEN Primary and Secondary School

The Scope of Work comprises the procurement, construction, commissioning and handover of a two-storey school to accommodate Teaching Classrooms, WCs, staff and administration space, ((Approximately 9,657 m² GIA). In addition the works will also include demolition of existing school (Approximately 2,787 m² GIA) extensive external works, access roads, landscaping works and incoming services. The new school is intended to be built on an existing sports field site bordered one side by the Duke of Northumberland River and in close proximity to Heathrow Airport.
