Job Management and Compliance Management IT Solution - AWARD

Babergh and Mid Suffolk Councils (BMSDC) are seeking a suitably qualified organisation to supply and implement a comprehensive Job Management solution to support its Repairs and Maintenance operations, which is part of the Building Services department within Housing. BMSDC manages over 7500 habitable properties across its two Districts, but has maintenance and / or compliance responsibilities for a number of other assets including blocks, garages, commercial buildings, open spaces etc.
