Fund Disbursement Solutions

Crown Commercial Services (CCS) has led the procurement of an aggregated funds disbursement solution on behalf of Local Authorities through CCS Framework Payment Solutions RM3828. A contract has been awarded for a solution to provide a funds disbursement service. CCS announced an aggregated call-off contract was now available for use on 28 October 2022 by local authorities in England to support disbursing payments to citizens through government initiatives. By signing a call off the council are awarding an intention to utilise the services, however it is understood that if there are no funds to disburse then the services cannot be implemented. The contract value as stated in this notice is estimated for the purposes of the aggregation procurement exercise and it may not correspond to the actual spend level as this cannot be anticipated until implementation of the contract.
