Extension and Remodelling of the existing residential care home for people with complex needs

Pre Construction Services - It is required to remodel and extend the existing lower Hawthorn House building, as per Entrusts' Feasibility Study Job No:5853, to provide a 15-bedroom residential facility for adults with learning disabilities and complex needs. The design consideration for the external and internal layout of the property should be given to support the least restrictive model of care, non-institutionalised and be flexible and adaptable for any future changes i.e., supporting different client groups or relinquishing use entirely.
