Tender opportunity 1692/MR Value £3.2 - 3.8m Max. Commencement date 1st July 2017 Completion date 25th October 2017 The works comprise the construction of a two new 3G sports pitches to Sports England standard (one Rugby, one Hockey), complete with flood lighting, covered seating and changing facilities. There is provision for a coach drop off and car parking for approximately one hundred and sixty one spaces. Additional to this will be fencing around the pitch and CCTV with external fuse boards to allow for audio visual display. Improvements to the current boundary fencing to the entire site are required as part of the works. This will include replacement of any unsuitable current fencing such as barbed wire and infilling of any gaps. Improvements to the frontage of the Pavilion and access gates will also be required. Landscaping and pedestrian paths will be required. This is an open Non EU procurement procedure.
