Description
The purpose of the Saturday Morning Service is for people at risk of and/or rough sleeping/experiencing homelessness to access substance use treatment support as well as access to practical support (e.g. a breakfast, showers, laundry facilities and activities).

The proposed contract will be for an initial period of 12 months to commence on 1st July 2026, with the option to extend, subject to satisfactory performance outcomes and agreement by the Authority, for up to a further period or periods of 24 months, potentially taking the contract term to a maximum of 36 months up to 30th June 2029.

Participation
Conditions suppliers must meet to bid.
Suppliers must satisfy conditions of participation if they are to be awarded the contract. The conditions are proportionate having regard to the nature, complexity and cost of the public contract.
