Catering services contract delivery at Barley Lane School in Redbridge, London. Commencing September 2022. Currently there are 850 pupils on site as well as around 102 staff members. The school has a well-equipped kitchen capable of large volume catering and customers are served from the spacious food court that supports a 2-queue system. The restaurant is predominantly dedicated to lunch and adjacent areas support additional customers.
