UiPath Enterprise Licensing

NECS is seeking a supplier or suppliers to provide the following 3 services. Professional services: - Manage the existing processes and document the NECS UiPath solution including production, development/test environments - Implement the UiPath components working with technical colleagues in NECS - Test and assure the robotics screening implementation activity - Test and assure the robot password management process - 40 days of additional, flexible support to make changes to the robot configuration, troubleshoot issues and support knowledge transfer to the NECS team. Only to be charged upon use - Project manage the delivery Ongoing support: - On-going support and maintenance of the platform - Monitor the platform and robots providing NECS with advice on opportunities to enhance the solution - Provide a bank of at least 8 days consultancy support per month to be used flexibly by NECS. These should roll-over if unused (within reason)
