Condition improvement at the Paddock Community Centre Canvey Island

Condition improvement work. Works to include: 1. Removal of asbestos-containing materials throughout the project areas 2. Replacing of the existing main flat roof area 3. Upgrading the existing toilet facilities with new cubicles and finishes 4. Refurbishment of ceiling, wall, and floor finishes throughout the project areas 5. Associated mechanical and electrical service works, and decoration to accommodate the new project areas. Called off via the Suffolk Construction Framework 2023 by Concertus on behalf of Castle Point Borough Council. Oversight provided and notice placed by Essex Procurement Partnership on behalf of Castle Point Borough Council who is the Contracting Authority.
