Description
Nottingham City Council is looking for quotes from suitability qualified and experienced Contractors for demolition and rebuilding of original brick wall between two shared alleyways. The wall is located to the rear of 102 to 110 Bradgate Road and 159 to 167 Stanley Road running parallel to the two roads. The new wall will be a retaining wall (as is the existing) and will be open to general users of the alleyway. A design has been obtained from a firm of structural engineers, KSA and is included in the tender pack. This design is to be followed carefully and accurately. Making good of disturbed surfaces after the works is also to be included including, where possible, re-using existing materials - in particular paving setts to the alleyways. Further information on the project specification can be located in the supporting documents contained within the tender pack.
