District Heating Systems Planned and Reactive Maintenance and Associated Services

The Heat Management Contract consists of the maintenance of 141 Housing sites of which 40 are Multi-storey blocks of flats that are part of district heating systems; 3 are cold water distribution pumped sites and 58 are site based laundry plant rooms. The services covering weekly tests at all blocks, fan maintenance, twice yearly boiler servicing, tank cleaning, electrical testing, monitoring of underground mains and general painting cleaning of all sites. Included also is Reactive Maintenance which includes radiator replacement, Hot & Cold water stop taps and main control valves outside of Plant Rooms and other associated works
