The HCA looking to appoint a contractor for the demolition of 10 no. industrial units to ground slab level including disconnection and removal of redundant underground local service supplies and isolation, termination and removal of redundant private drainage networks. Separate prices are to be provided for the removal and crushing of foundations and floor slabs, and an additional separate price is to be provided for the removal of identified car park and hard standing areas. Any voids created are to be filled to existing ground levels. The majority of the demolition units are contaminated with Asbestos and require decontaminating prior to demolition. Due to service disconnections a phased approach may be necessary. All dates included in this notice are indicative.
