Description
Hexagon is exploring the establishment of one or more contracts (most likely term-based and/or framework call-off arrangements) to deliver repairs and maintenance works that fall outside, or supplement, the scope of its principal repairs contract. Indicatively, the opportunity is expected to cover: • Excluded works – works that sit outside the scope or value thresholds of the principal repairs contract; • Specialist repairs and trades – for example damp, mould and condensation works, roofing, drainage, electrical and heating works, fire safety, aids and adaptations, and similar specialisms; • Planned and preventative maintenance (PPM) – cyclical and programmed activity; • Additional geographic and trade capacity – supporting delivery across Hexagon’s operating area; and • Flexible “overflow” capacity – to provide resilience at times of peak demand.
