Description
The Pandemic has demonstrated the importance of businesses being able to adapt and be resilient. As part of the economic recovery, we are seeking to put in place a raft of business support activities to help businesses with a base in Luton recover and grow. The service requirement for this contract relates to the delivery of support to businesses to give an understanding of the benefits of sustainability and address Luton's target to be a Net Zero town by 2040. These businesses can be of any size but must be based in the borough of Luton. Luton Council are looking for a specialist provider to deliver a "one to many" support programme to Luton business on key themes to include but not restricted to - Carbon, Waste, Social Value, People/Inclusivity and Sustainable Strategies and Processes. This business support must include as a minimum: • Assignment of experienced and appropriately qualified advisers • A suite of online learning provision looking at key aspects and benefits of sustainability • Delivery of interactive workshops/webinars that address key common themes • Networking opportunity for like-minded businesses There is a budget of up to £30,000 to manage and deliver. Delivery is to be completed by 28 February 2022.
