Bradford Council are looking to procure Security Provisions split into 4 lots covering the following commodity areas: Lot 1 Security Stewarding Guarding Theatres, Lot 2 Security Stewarding Guarding Services for Indoor/outdoor Events, Lot 3 Security Markets & Office Guarding and Ad-hoc requirements, Lot 4 Security Key Holding, Mobile Patrols & Response Contract term based on 2 + 2 + 1 years subject to performance. 4.1 It is anticipated that the contract will be for a total contract period of 5 years including extensions, this is based on an initial 2-year term with the option to extend the contract twice based on 1 x 2-year extension period and 1 x 1-year extension period for each Lot, subject to performance and negotiation of costs. The initial contact period shall be a firm cost.
