Understanding the Impact of Outreach - Phase 2

OFFA is contracting a supplier to: Oversee and coordinate the pilot testing of the standards of evaluation practice across a range of evaluation approaches within case study sites. Then use these approaches to test outreach interventions in order to help establish which interventions have the most impact for different geographic and institutional settings; and to publish practical guidance and a final report of key evidence and recommendations.
