Ongoing support for www.nibsc.org (NIBCS Website) 2019/21

Establishing a helpdesk service (telephone, email and web-based to log tickets), acquiring and maintaining appropriate technical capacity and working knowledge of the website. Provide support to, and be responsible for legacy and new functionality deployed on the following systems; o Staging / Live CMS configuration o Dev / Test CMS configuration o CMS user / member accounts o Outline of custom functionality within the NIBSC website including (but not limited to) the CT LIMS (eProtocol functionality), Standards Processing Division and Centre for AIDS Reagents: o - Website Catalogue and shopping basket functionality o - New account registration process o - MRP Scheduled Tasks (Transferring information from website to MRP) o - eProtocols o - Data import scheduled tasks o - Result Reporting System (RRS) o - Incident and Query Logging and triage of issues * Provide 12 days development time for minor development including: o Minor changes within the RRS (Graham Prescott can provide details) o Minor changes to SPD/Sales website as new products come online; * Minor content refresh of websites. * Minor design changes to websites design
